Message You can help them by marking as gift and low value. Typically only new items manufactured outside US are charged duty and taxes coming into Canada. Used parts and US made parts should be fine, they MAY have to pay the GST. If you do have to ship, avoid UPS at all costs, they will gouge the eyes out of the buyer before handing over the package. This is from personal experience.
